Seth Meyers' Kids Take Over Late Night Show! Adorable Moments with Adelaide, Ashe & Axel (2026)

Get ready for a heartwarming and hilarious late-night treat! Seth Meyers, the beloved host of Late Night, welcomed a trio of adorable guests that stole the show and left fans in stitches.

But here's where it gets controversial... or rather, adorably confusing! Seth's youngest daughter, Adelaide, aka Addie, became the star of the Thanksgiving episode, leaving her dad and the audience in fits of laughter with her unique take on costumes and a hilarious subway story.

As Seth asked his three children about their Thanksgiving and Christmas card costumes, Addie, with her infectious enthusiasm, yelled out "Turkey" and then, in a twist, "Elf-aba"! A confused Seth asked, "You were Alphabet?", only for his wife, Alexi Ashe, to clarify, "She said Elphaba."

And this is the part most people miss: Addie's interpretation of the 2003 movie Elf! Axel, her brother, explained that they had dressed up as characters from the film, with Addie giving a special shout-out to her cousin Agnes, who, in her mind, was a tomato!

Addie's observation about the subway smell had everyone rolling with laughter. "The subway smelled like diarrhea," she declared, leaving her brothers and the audience in hysterics.

When Seth asked Addie about her brothers, she playfully smacked them and burst into laughter, confirming that they were indeed silly. But it was her response to the question of which brother was "sweetest" and "roughest" that truly showcased her unique perspective.

Addie gave her eldest brother, Ashe, a big hug for the "sweetest" title, and then, when asked about the "roughest," she gently attacked Axel, before hugging Ashe again and declaring, "I love this one, but not that one."

The bond between Ashe and Addie is a special one, as Seth revealed that it was Ashe who had wished for a younger sister. And Axel, not wanting to be left out, had his moment in the spotlight too, dancing for the audience, with Seth jokingly noting, "You can always tell when Axel wants to dance."

Addie, however, wasn't ready to leave the stage just yet. When her dad suggested wrapping up the interview, she leaned into the mic and yelled, "No, no, no, no!"

Fans were absolutely delighted by the Meyers children's appearance, especially Addie's hilarious antics. One fan wrote, "Oh, she knows she's funny!" while another praised her crowd work as "perfection."

Seth later clarified on Instagram that Addie's confusing answers made perfect sense. He shared a photo of Addie's cousin Agnes dressed as a red elf, explaining Addie's "tomato" comment, and revealed that Addie's "Elf-aba" moment was inspired by Cynthia Erivo, one of Seth's guests that night, who played Elphaba.

So, what do you think? Was Addie's performance a delightful surprise, or did it leave you scratching your head in confusion? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
