The developers describe it as the UK's only premium outlet with such visibility and accessibility. The complex will feature a blend of traditional forms and contemporary finishes, inspired by the surrounding countryside, creating a unique shopping environment.
And this is the part most people miss... The outlet village aims to cater not only to major chains but also to local artisans and pop-up businesses, fostering a sense of community and a town-center feel. Public green spaces and squares will provide a relaxing atmosphere for shoppers.

Grantham, which has been described as a "dump" and "shanty town" by some, is set to undergo a significant transformation. The new shopping center, located just three miles from Grantham and easily accessible from the A1 motorway, is expected to attract visitors from nearby cities like Lincoln, Nottingham, Leicester, Peterborough, and Cambridge.
With an estimated 3.5 million shoppers visiting annually, the designer outlet village will offer a range of amenities, including free wifi, fast-charge car park points, active media boards, a VIP suite, ATMs, and shop mobility.

Giles Membrey, the managing director of Rioja Estates, emphasizes the strategic location of the site, stating, "It's one of the most strategic locations in the UK, in terms of where it sits on the A1."
